Cancellation policy:

We may terminate a Contract if the product is not available for any reason. We will notify you if this is the case and return any payment that you have made. We will refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for the product. If the refund transaction fails we will advise you of this and make arrangements to process the refund via a different method.

50% deposit non-refundable >10weeks from supply date or upon manufacturing commencement.
Refunds:

Once our team has confirmed cancellation and it falls within the timeframe (>10 weeks from the required delivery date), the deposited amount will be refunded within 3-10 business days to

If the cancellation falls within (<10 weeks) timeframe, or before manufacturing has commenced, the deposit will be non-refundable to cover losses in manufacturing, printing, shipping and loss of time.
Delivery:
Standard orders: via Sea freight
Orders placed ≥10 weeks from the required supply date will be delivered via sea freight.
*Standard orders cannot be made via standard freight (sea) when placed 10 weeks or less from the required supply date.
*Due to being a custom-branded product, the deposit must be paid before manufacturing or prior to the 10-week deadline.
- 50% deposit is non-refundable at the 10-week mark from the required delivery date or upon manufacturing commencement.
- Full deposit (remaining) provided upon delivery via same payment method as initial 50% deposit OR full deposit provided upon photo confirmation to customer of delivery ‘to port’
*Extended contract options (i.e. multiple orders) may require 50% deposit of total order 12 weeks from supply date of first delivery.
*Requests for Air Freight delivery may be made at customer discretion, subject to increased delivery costs.
Express orders: via Air Freight
Order requests made less than 10 weeks from required delivery date (<10 weeks’ notice) air freight is only option.
*Acceptance of express orders remain at BrewLoop discretion and will be subject to increased delivery costs as agreed upon.
*Orders cannot be fulfilled when placed 4 weeks or less from required supply date. Acceptance of order per BrewLoop discretion.
*Deposit of 50% must be made immediately for all air freight/express orders and is non-refundable.

Cup resale:
The price of cup resale at events is to be agreed upon between BrewLoop and event organisers prior to either resale or cup purchasing.

Prioritise preserving product value and Brewloop's reputation: event organisers cannot sell the cup for a price other than the agreed-upon price.
Termination clause:

We can terminate your use of and/or access to our Services at any time at our own discretion (where we have reasonable grounds in doing so).

We may terminate your use of the Online Services at any time by notifying you in writing to your designated email address. If you are in breach of these Terms of Use, where reasonable to do so, we will send you a written notice identifying the breach (if the breach can be fixed) and requiring you to fix the breach within the time specified in the notice. If you fail to fix the breach within the specified time, we may then exercise our right to terminate.

If BrewLoop waives any rights available to it under these Terms of Use, this does not mean that those rights will be automatically waived on other occasions, This is accessed on a case by case basis.
Governing Law:

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales and you. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New South Wales.
